My camera is destined for the repair shop. Boo hoo and cha-ching $$$. I am borrowing my son's camera which doesn't take pix as nice as my HP, but it will do for here for now. But I need mine for pix going on my web site, so must get it fixed ASAP.

It's made in silver dupioni silk with brush fringe and a pongee flower. It's also lined in the same silk. I think it turned so lovely.

I've been sewing handbags all week long. My sewing room/studio, or the "girl cave" as my husband calls it, is a MESS! I am enjoying this new venture, but it is a learning process. Lots of new-to-me stabilizers, magnetic snaps, handles, etc. But the best part is my new (1 year old) Pfaff quilt expression 4.0. I LOVE THIS MACHINE. Still learning its ins and outs, but it soooo fun.

OMG, just dropped my HP camera while taking a picture, and the zoom lens is all wonky and won't retract! DAMNATION!!! Guess what I'll be doing today? : ((((((
